question lang, if i'm not mistaken may nakikita akong 2 or 3 signs sa island ng katipunan na "TRICYCLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS ROAD", what if naaccident (knock on wood, wag naman sana) ang isang vehicle with a tricycle, will the driver of the vehicle be held responsible?

Not sure about the sign, pero usually, in the eyes of the local investigator, more often may kasalanan yung mas malaking sasakyan. So whether or not that tricycle should've been there, siya pa rin madalas ang "naagrabyado".

    Galeng no?

naku.. back when I was still in college in Katipunan (give or take, a few odd years ago...), the problem of tricycles traversing katipunan was already prevalent.

Naku, those tricycles and even jeepneys just love to drive at night without their headlights on. Accidents waiting to happen.

As far as i know, initially yung may ari ng mas malaking car ang kakasuhan, but if the owner of the bigger car knows his rights and the laws of the road, definitely he will win in court kasi bawal naman talaga sa batas ang mga tricycles sa main road...
