Is it true that it is a violation if the company name imprinted on the delivery receipt the driver has is not the same with the company name imprinted on the truck?

It's because that our company happen to share their trucks, both trucks have different name. Our driver were apprehended in pasay by pasay cityhall enforcers and said that penalty for the said violation was 6,000, but if they were to give "lagay" they'll just ask 2,000

Tarpaulins won't work. Felt tip pen over transparent tape won't work either. Basically, anything temporary looking will not work.

There is no point in reasoning with those crocs since they are determined to collect their "cut".

May as well as follow the rules, that way their fault findings will look less plausible.

Wow, meron palang ganitong rule ..... from what I understand "colorum" is the unauthorized operation of a motor vehicle in the absence of a franchise or a certificate of public conveyance ( correct me if I'm wrong here ). How is this related if a business entity is just loaning a delivery van from a friend to deliver his goods? Another racket by the LGU's traffic planners I say.
