sa akin mali ang SUV kasi the taxi has the right of way... also the SUV should look sa side mirror muna kung safe mag transfer ng lane... lastly always when making turns when you come from the left lane, your destination should also be the left lane, not the middle, not the right lane...

also for the SUV when entering a road make sure its safe na wala sasalubong sayo at di iyong basta basta nalang papasok ng kalsada...

pero bakit ang TAXI ang may kaso ng rekless imprudence???

Ako rin both. Pero more on the taxi kasi sobra bilis nya.

Yun angle kasi ng daan dyan sa taxi pataas so baka nung nag-uturn yun SUV hindi nya nakita yun taxi na paparating dahil wala sa line of sight nya ika nga. Tapos nung nakafull turn na yun SUV saka bumulaga yun taxi (too late)

Yun taxi familiar naman dyan sa road na yan siguro. May stoplight timer yan at alam nya may uturn dyan. Dapat nagbagal sya but from the looks of it baka hinahabol nya yun timer sa stoplight. Medyo matagal din kasi red dyan eh

Taxi driver mali kahit san mo tingnan. Kung ako dyan at di tumaob ang taxi makakatikim pa sakin taxi driver pero dahil tumaob sya pede na buti nga sa kanya.

Syempre decent act na rin yun mag-give way or kung hinde safety first drive cautiously especially sa ganyan na wala sa line of sight mo ang u-turn

try passing that road, kung paakyat ka ng EDSA (yun part na yan) you wont clearly see the U-turn agad.. you'll see it when it's too late (if you're going too fast, which is wrong)

Kung mabagal yun cab meron sya ample space to at least lessen his speed. Tumaob yunt axi ibig sabihin mabilis masyado. Maybe close to a hundred?

wow! reading some of your posts here makes me afraid of driving in manila again! your concept of right of way is way off!!!

RIGHT OF WAY IS NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE AHEAD, IT IS A MATTER OF WHO OWNS THE LANE. a car that is merging in traffic has no right of way even if that car is ahead by so many meters. the vehicle that is in that lane, no matter how many meters behind it is, has the right of way over the car that is merging. same with cars entering from another road. no matter how big the distance may be between the intersection and the oncoming car on the road where the other car is merging, the car that is already in that road has right of way over the car that is entering. kaya nga if you are entering a road you are required to stop for oncoming traffic and YIELD. e sinasabi nyo kung sino pa yung nasa edsa at diretso ang takbo e yun pa ang walang right of way at yung suv na pumasok at nag-left turn ang may right of way. maling-mali naman mga tsong!
