Buti nakalagpas na ako sa area na yan before the accident. Prior to the accident traffic was moderate lang typical of Friday mornings.

What the heck is happening to metro manila?

Has the truck ban been lifted? Aren't they banned from morning until 10 pm?

FOR HIRE man or company use.

Heard sa radio kanina, interview sa isang LTFRB official, for private use, no need to get yellow plates, not necessary to apply for excemptions. Just bring all the proper documents and walang huli. Less hassle lang in-case na ma-flag down ang truck if may exemption from the LTFRB.

For now, hindi muna ako mag apply ng exemption. Maybe after a couple of months nalang para hindi na magulo sa mga LTFRB offices.
