Come to think about it, lahat naman ng mga vehicular tunnels sa 'pinas (at least in the metro) ay alang ilaw and pitch black also!
Its so different when you go to places Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, etc.... sobrang liwanag sa loob ng mga tunnels nila.

March 4th, 2007 07:04 PM #5muntik ko nang ma rear end ung isang taxi jan. there's this ditch that runs the width of the tunnel, covered with metal grills; problem is it isn't level with the road, and lots of drivers will suddenly brake upon seeing it.

as with entering any tunnel, prepare to adjust your eyes (from light to dark) and turn on your headlights even before entering the tunnel.
