    I saw a blue mitsu lancer upj 873 model between 1995 to 1997 apparently abandoned in the basement parking of festival mall for about 3 months now. Security placed a rope around it and a sign reads "please proceed to the security office before getting this car. There are no subdivision stickers on the windshield and the tires are flat.

    Carnapped? Why would the owner leave it there? parang ang labo. Kaya yung mga may nanakawan na lancer diyan puntahan niyo na. If the owner is reading this ito masasabi ko " kung ayaw mo na sa kotse mo bigay mo nalang sa akin"

    Perhaps it was some sort of getaway vehicle for goons? That was a wild guess :p

    3 mos at dipa na report sa pulis...

    alam ko more than 1 week lang dapat inereport na sa pulis for impounding....

    Malamang,- may pinaggamitan ito.... Dapat,- i-report na ito ng Management ng Mall.

    OT:
    Mapuntahan nga ito... Matagal na rin kaming hindi napupunta ng Festival Mall dahil mahirap mag-park sa covered parking (hindi kasi kasya ang van sa basement,- kaya limited lang ang slots na puwedeng mapark-an)....

    Last time pumunta kami,- magkakaroon na ng parking fee. Malamang ngayon,- mayroon na, di ba?

    hmm lagi ako nagpapark dyan pero hinde ko napapansin. anyways matignan nga din, baka hinde na rin yan ang tutuong plaka kung ginamit sa kolokohan
