Guys, while i was driving along Shaw Blvd. in Pasig last Wednesday evening, a white Hilux(?) pickup overtook me and when i took a look at its plate, i saw the most offensive (for me) personalized plate ever: TANGNMO. It really left me wondering about the kind of person the owner of that pickup is for him/her to choose that kind of plate.
