ZBC 565, Black Honda City - You Idiot.

Was driving to work this morning, and noticed a black Honda City tailing me, southbound along EDSA.

I was moving along at ~50-60KPH on the 2nd innermost lane, when the guy decides that this is too slow and tries to overtake on the right (he moves to the 3rd lane, already next to the yellow bus/killer lanes).

Nearing the southbound MRT guadalupe station, a bus suddenly decides to use the 3rd lane to overtake another bus for whatever reason.

Naturally, being directly to my right, I suppose the driver would be forced to slow down - a hard brake is probably better than being crushed by a bus. Instead, against ALL reasoning, the City tries to force me into the first lane by suddenly moving into my lane WHILE I AM BESIDE HIM AT 50-60KPH.

Buti wala akong katabi sa innermost lane. Bumalik ako sa 2nd lane after 3/4 entering the innermost one. Babad busina. Babad high beam.

After getting high beams flashed and giving him a big loud "F U" by honking my horn for almost 10 seconds, what does the driver do? Quickly change back to the 3rd lane to avoid a slower vehicle and then moves from the third lane back to the first lane IN ONE SINGLE MOTION. (Eto dapat yung hinuhuli ng MMDA na "swerving")

Buti talaga wala akong katabi, kasi I wasn't able to check my left anymore when I made the call to swerve left too, and I had the presence of mind to really check my right (if not, I wouldn't have seen this poor excuse for a driver trying to kill himself or someone else, and I'd have a huge dent running the span of my car), and I'd have my day wasted at the police station having a police report filed (unless tatakbuhan niya ako, judging by the person's already erratic behavior).

'Di ko talaga maintindihan toh. Drunk? Late to work? At this time in the morning [~5:45AM]? Parang hindi naman eh. He didn't exactly speed like a commonwealth bus until a little after the potential mishap, so I'm not entirely sure what this guy's trying to prove/do.

Hay. Since ayaw ko naman bawian on the road, kinuha ko na lang yung plate number niya, at narito na siya ngayon sa Goon Squad.
(Certainly a shock though to have this happen to you so early in the morning.)

Almost every driver in this country does not know the proper way of overtaking. Sarap mangsagi ng mga ganyan using a Humvee or something big and tough.

nakakainis nga yung mga ganyan, parang mga BAGITO umasta e, nangyari na din sakin yan nung ginagawa pa yung SLEX bale 3 lanes lang, ...dapat dude, bina-BOX OUT mo yung mga ganyan e sa mga bus or truck, sasabayan ko yung bilis niya tapos iipitin ko para di makalagpas dun mga kasabay naming malalaking vehicles TRUCK or BUS, para kilabutan naman...
