pepper sprays are legal.
batons, unless specifically licensed, i.e., legal law enforcers, are generally illegal.

Let me get this straight...

Road rage guy shot the driver across the passenger side from another lane (while both of them were driving moving vehicles) and had a fatal hit with one shot? I wonder if the shooter used his left or right hand to fire.

Innova driver was very unlucky, or, the road rage guy is ex-military / ex-law enforcement and has done this sort of thing before.

One thing I've noticed at 2:10 of the video, and also in the other pictures posted-- on the lower left hand portion of the Toyota's windshield are one of those Philippine flag stickers implying the owner of the vehicle has connections (usually bogus) with some government office.

Maraming mahilig magdikit ng ganyan kunwari taga Senado, DOJ, the courts etc. tapos maangas pa umasta sa pagmamaneho. Assuming the owner is indeed some big shot somewhere, sometimes yung driver lang yung nagmamaneho and is afflicted with the "mataas pa sa kalabaw" syndrome.

Who knows? The deceased may not be some innocent victim here, baka nagkataon natapat siya sa kapwa niyang mayabang who happened to have a gun at the time at pikon.
