    Sa mga nag-grocery dito, ingat kayo sa mga 'buy 1 take 1' tsaka sa mga naka-package in groups of threes, look carefully at ALL the expiration dates. May mga items dun na nakahalo na expired na. I even saw one mayo jar that had an expiration date nung 2004 pa. Grabe.

    ganyan talaga karamihan ng supermarket... hindi lang sa Market(x2) pati nga sa unimart... etc... para hindi lugi imbes matambak lang or mabasura eh perahin nalang...

    dapat sa ganyan sumbong mo sa dti or sa media (abs-cbn citizen patrol) sikat ka niyan... since may evidence ka naman eh...

    Pag kumukuha kayo sa shelf, usually yung nasa likod masmatagal yung expiration date. Yung mga nakalabas yung mga earliest yung expiration date.

    ay oo, you should be careful with those promos. Totoo talaga yang buy one take one na yan, mga 2 months before expiration. Pero kapal naman ng supermarket na yan kung 2 years expired na yan.

    yung mga ganyang promo, usually may mga bundled freebies. basta be careful and be on the lookout sa mga expirations, especially mga kiddie foods or milk.

    also, yung mga imported food items like from china, if you can't find any year or number, wag na bilihin. Meron din ako dati nabili may nakapatong na sticker of expiration, nung tinanggal ko yun, two years ago pa pala. Pero masarap naman eh, hehe! I just can't imagine kung nakain ng mga kids ko yon.

    maganda yan. kapag may nakita ako ganin sa nabili ko....demanda ko yung market market tapos ask ako ng 10,000,000.00 pesos para hindi na tuloy demanda.

    imho, kung malapit pa lang ang expiration, ok lang ung 3 for 1 promo nila; pero pag expired na at binebenta pa nila, bah, panggagantso na yan ah

    korek...nakakita din ako nyan sa uniwide eh.. tsaka sa eunilane dyan sa may diliman...

    points to ponder: always check on the expiry dates, specially, breads and other consumable items (milk, ice cream, mayo, etc...)

    This should have been reported to the management at once. Kung ako yun diretso ako sa customer service...kaso di naman ako nag gro grocery :munch:
