I'd say keep up with the traffic....
If you're driving slow, and the vehicle in front is already way ahead or the road ahead is open, stay to the right and let the faster vehicle pass.... If only one lane as in the streets in the villages, take the right part of your lane to signify to the driver behind that you intend to drive slow and so you're letting him pass.... This should be the discipline for both 4-wheel and 2/3 wheel drivers...
That's common road courtesy, as driving slow in other countries is obstruction of traffic.... Well not here in the Philippines,- ano ka? eroplano? E di paliparin mo? Pilosopo.....

Sounds like someone has had a bad experience with drivers.
I've never hired one, but we've had good experiences with the past two drivers of my dad. They'd be the first to take the initiative to clean the cars, or usher younger/older members of the family. One of them taught me how to drive during my student permit period. At the risk of channeling F&F they were basically family.
May drama list yan execute nila every 3 or 6 months
The wedding coordinator did not stop them , yan ganyan yun dati driver namen , maabilidad,
Agree on this.
I’m not asking others to drive like a maniac pero come on, keep up with the pace as a courtesy to others (subjective ba ito? Hindi naman ata) if anlayo na nung asa harapan mo aba eh move up or tumabi ka at magpadaan.
Badtrip dyan sila aabot / makakatawid sa intersection tapos ikaw aabutan nung pula.

Same experience with these drivers bro....
They will cross the intersection at the very last second leaving you behind shaking your head in disbelief....
One more thing, when you try to overtake some of these dummies, they will speed up making it very hard for you to overtake. Worse, they will prevent you to overtake putting you and your passengers in danger.... These people have no place in our public roads....
One pet peeve of mine are motorcycles suddenly overtaking on my right (blind side). On the West Service road, I will usually hug the right just to prevent them from overtaking on that side.

Bro.,- that's my style of driving at the West Service Rd from Sales to C5 Extension, before the C5 overpass was opened....
No lane discipline. What can you do? Haha oh well.
