Greetings tsikot members and everyone who's very active here in Goon Squad HQ. Last September 21, 2007, at around 8PM, pinark ko yung sasakyan ko, a 2006 Honda Jazz at National Bookstore (Quezon Ave. Branch). Hinintay ko rin kasi yung misis ko since dun kami sa National Bookstore din magkikita, after buying the stuff my bunso needs for school.. Here are the plate numbers:

    XRX-663 (Toyota Rav4) and a WBL-756 (Isuzu Highlander)

This will be the first time I'll be asking for help and I hope you can help me guys. Any info regarding the owners is very much appreciated, paki-PM nalang po. para at least mabisita and maimbestigahan ko naman din po. Thank you in advance goon squads!

How do you know na yung mga na lista mo plate numbers na sasakyan ang naka bungo sa iyo?

Ano sabi ng mga tambay doon? Any witnesses? Di ba may guard ang NBS doon?

Assumming you did track the numbers, mahirap pag walang witness at evidence.

isingil mo na lang sa insurance yan... hit & run... even if makita mo location or identify the owners of the 2 suspected vehicles, i really think it would be difficult to prove their guilt.

    I'm with HIFI

While it's nice that you have the presence of mind to note the license tags of the vehicles surrounding yours, it's no guarantee that one of them could be the culprit.

One of them could have already left, the real culprit parked in their place and took off once the dirty deed was done, all before you came back out.

As was stated, witnesses are important in the event that the offending party was one of those vehicles you listed.

I agree with wildthing, let your insurance handle it. That's what they're there for.

Besides, you'll be taking pictures of the damage for your insurance so you'll still have proof if you do decide to pursue the case, if any.

I sympathize with your situation and wish you a positive outcome.

    Hi,

Did you check if the cars parked next to you has also been damaged? Since you mentioned that your bumper was scratched bare, sigurado dapat nagka paint transfer doon sa kabilang kotse.

OT: Where in NBS did you park? Outside or in the basement? Basement palagi kasi ako nagpapark. The basement is spacious enough to avoid such problems.

mahirap nga yan sir...there's no guarantee.

    napaka normal yan hit&run cases.

since di naman nayupi, we asked for rubbing compound lang. naremedyohan naman at di serious dent.

see, kahit upclose and personal, may mga ogag talaga na di aamin!
sorry for ranting here sa thread mo. i just wanna say na dishonest un karamihan, at kung makakatakas eh gagawin nila un. at ngayong nakawala na sila, pag makita mo man sila, malamang na di rin aamin yun.

unless you have your witnesses nga to prove the culprit's mistake.

Oh man... I can imagine the face and the voice and the intonation of the offender who shooed off the damage done to your car.

He probably said in his most calm, guiltless and worriless voice, "Wala yan.... Konteng RAAAAABBING KOMPAWWWWND lang yan...."

Oh well... good for you walang dent.
