    It was parked, no one inside and engine not running... I went to a mercury drug store nearby and it was already parked. By the time I left, the F150 was still there and the driver/owner was about to get into it (hence the picture with the driver/owner at the open door).

    Any of you guys noticed that the rear license plate is also damaged (torn) so you cannot see the first TWO letters?

    More likely, people can read but ignore or disregard, as long as they can get away with it or bribe or be above the 'law'. Can't blame them; it is the natural state when in the wild.

    When taking face shots, why not zoom in so the face is clearer. Was that a camera phone? Camera phones usually don't have zoom, do they.

    digital zoom is useless.

    some camphones do have optical zoom like nokia n93
