i already sent a demand letter to union motors paco last december for replacement of unit but denied it, what they want was just go with the warranty. so i hired a lawyer.

Madami talaga hocus focus ung mga ibang casa service. Sometimes pag Nag pa service ka Hindi nila pinapalitan yung spare parts. Especially ung mga oil nila, Kung Hindi contaminated sasabihin nila 5 liters Ng oil yun pala 4 liters Lang Ang magagamit Ng engine.. We must be aware..

If seatbelt was a fraud, maybe some of its part might be a bogus too!

Get the serial # just incase that you will demand a replacement, maybe they will just replace the seatbelt & return back to you saying its the car replacement.

actually, since i bought it dated aug 2010, before the 1000km check up i already complaint the ff defects: blurred headlights, inefficient wiper, discoloration of door hinges and stricker, crack-like discoloration on remote control of sterio attached to steering, white stained on hood panel, black stained on mudguard.

only one headlight had been replaced and repainting of hood panel. other concerns, no action had been done.

Kala ko at first exaggeration yan. Pero baka error sa printing (especially sa Taiwan pa siya gawa) or kung sadya na 1998 pa yung seatbelt (nakuha somewhere sa Pampanga tapos kinabit in lieu of the original)

more than one year mo na pala gamit ang unit tingin ko hanggang sa warranty ng parts nalang puwede nilang ibigay sa unit mo.

ano na update sa tort case? product liability nga ba ang paggamit ng pre-manufactured seat belts? kung sakali magiging precedent ito sa ibang bnew car buyers.

Nag Montero Sport ka na lang sana TS eh 2010 pala unit mo tsaka walang pinagkaiba sa adventure yan eh. Just my 2 cents

Yung ginastos mo po sobra pa yata pambili ng bagong seatbelt, or ng takata harness. hehehe

A piece of advice to all brand new car recipient, they have checklist & double check it before receiving the unit.
