One might ask how could the draw be rigged when it is being televised in
front of millions of viewers.

The answer is simple. As you all know, all bet combinations are being entered into PCSO's main data base as it is on-line, therefore, it is easy to determine which combinations were NOT betted upon. If they want to raise big money, no winners will be
declared until the JACKPOT reaches sky-high because they could dictate the outcome at will. When it's "HARVEST TIME", viola, there would be "winner or winners" and the process repeats all over again.

One might ask how this is being done. One insider told our investigators
that actually the "DRAWN BALLS", six balls to be exact, are the only set which could fit
into the transparent tube which sucks the balls up. All others are slightly bigger than the
diameter of the tube which could not be distinguished by the viewers, therefore, there's no way they could be drawn! You Filipinos are being skinned alive, fried in your own fat and lard by your own government.

hehe i'm not surprised. if you could visit the thread re: super lotto 6/49 before, i saw it coming that the arroyo's would be the winners.

some would believe it, some wouldn't. but if you have an idea how the politics works here in the Philippines, you wouldn't be surprised at all.

Yup. While I don't have a high regard for those people accused of this, I have to agree that these rumors are way too easy to make up.

hard to distinguish between fact and fiction. even when there's a lot of evidence against these people they still come out unscathed. makes you wonder.

i hate the arroyos to the bone.

BUT this is too unbelievable. for one, if the ball diameters are really that different then it can be easily seen. the tube is wider by about 10% of the diameter of the balls, so that if the other balls will not fit then the difference will be so obvious that you do not need a caliper to see that they are different. and even assuming that the emailer was correct, that the diameters of the 6 balls are almost exactly the same as the tube, only smaller by a fraction,(and the other balls only fractionally bigger) then you can draw them all night and you will not get the 6 balls to go in. in all of man's ingenuity you still can not command the laws of randomness. how can you make those 6 balls line up to fit the tube in just a few seconds???

hating the arroyos is one thing. but assuming that the rest of the world is as idiotic as yourself is, well, just idiotic.
