Early this morning at around 3:00 a.m.i woke up at
the sound of a car alarm. I noticed that the alarm was coming from my
brothers CRV. I immediately proceded to see what was going on outside.
Looking through a window, i saw that the door of the CRV was opened.
Before going outside i made my brother gising saying that his CRV was
forcibly open. I proceded to wake up my dad and then looked for any
flashlights.

We called the local baranggay for backup. We went outside to investigate.
Nakita namin sa front door namin may upuan. Naisip namin sinisilip na
kami sa loob kasi meron kami salamin above the door.
Upon going to my brothers car, I immediately noticed that the right side
quarter pannel glass along the second row seats was broken.
The response of the baranggay was fast but not fast enough for the
robbers to make their get away.

After the incident we went to sleep. Nung nagising na kami nung morning
we proceded to do our daily routine. After eating breakfast we
reported the incident to the baranggay hall for blotter and baranggay
report. We also went to honda marikina branch for the estimate of the
damage of the glass pannel. Sad to say, the insurance cannot cover the
expenses because the rough estimation did not met the damage coverage.

Buti mura lang yun glass almost 4k e 7,600 dapat ang damage para sa
participation.

In short, montik na kami mapasok ng magnanakaw sa bahay. Buti madami kami lock sa mga
doors. Yun service gate nga sinira yun padlock para makapasok yun magnanakaw.
Sabi ng katulong sa kabila may nakita daw siya 2 tao na tumatakbo after
mag alarm ng crv. Even the guard at our neighbor didnt notice the magnanakaw.
Thank God wala nangyari masama. Ang nakuha lang e yun mga CD's ni kuya
worth 40k. Akala siguro clutch bag kaya natangay kasi yun mga jacket,
shoes, and other cd's na wala sa case logic are still there. Yun 2 aso namin walang
nagawa hehe tahol lang ng tahol. Dami na talaga mga masasama ngayon kaya lock your
doors ingat kayo.

kaya nga kahit ginagasgasan, iniihian mags ng mga kotse, di kami pwedeng walang aso. kahit pano, deterrent din sila sa mga may masamang balak.

Marami sa atin meron CD bag inside the car. I for one used my car as
repository of my CD collections, the casing I left at home but the CD
mismo nasa loob ng car. If you will account this precious
din yung mga CD. Siguro time to store only a handful of CD in the car.
Sabi nga sayang din yun kung pag-interesan.

Hindi kaya CD lang talaga ang pakay knowing that its worth 40K.

I proceded to wake up my dad and then looked for any

Have a powerful flashlight or spotlight next to you when you sleep, and have a contingency plan for waking everybody up on short notice (some people install panic alarms inside their homes for this purpose). Also, some means of defending yourselves in case your front door is ever breached would be worth considering.

I'm glad none of you were hurt.

Question lang guys, lets say may intruders sa house ninyo.

You kill them in self-defense, eh makakasuhan ka, baka makulong ka, human rights violator ka, tapos ikaw pa ang masama.

Pero kung ikaw ang pinatay ng intruders, eh wala lang, unless super sikat kang personality.

So what should one do?

Kaya lumalakas ang loob ng mga akyat bahay, eh kasi most of the time, they get away scot-free, even if they kill.

The chance of them getting caught is a lot less than breaking into a house of a sikat personality, so the odds are in their favor.
