January 31st, 2011 03:51 PM #5hindi naman bawal gamitin oto. just make sure you have the proper docs to present when flagged down. meron kasi tinatatak lto sa or na "no plate/sticker available"

January 31st, 2011 04:19 PM #6I was flagged down at Pasig for using a plate with no sticker, then I showed the officer the copy of my OR/CR with NO STICKER AVAILABLE stamp and then he let me go.
