This was in Shaw Blvd pala.
I asked myself. Cash cow!
With the help of Tsikot.Com, why don't we form a Delivery Vans and Trucks Association of the Philippines, duly recongnized by the LTO? All members should have their delivery vehicles pass the emission test (with certificate) and should maintain their vehicles well. The association can also address concerns, especially the nuisances caused by those who apprehend unfairly. Yearly renewal din membership.
Kung may federation ang mga jeep at bus, I believe kaya rin ng delivery vehicle owners to establish an association with more resources and hopefully more disciplined members.
I hope someone can start it...
someones are (at last!) loudly asking, "why did they turn off the countdown timers?"
