If not accurate, better to abolish the mandatory emission test prior to registration.....

Sino ba yung naging LTO chief few years back? Was a former RAM Commodore. He was not in favor of these "tests" (drug test and emission test prior to registration and renewal of driver's license) According to him, madaling paghandaan ang mga ito, mas maige kung random at upon accident or violation tsaka isalang sa mga ganitong tests. Pati lashing isama na nila... Okay sana siya kaya lang hindi tumagal....
