Or better to think of it this way: anyone who tries to bribe his way out of this sort of situation is not a "true" Pinoy. A true Pinoy will not do that.

1) Its not only Pinoy who has the tendency to bribe. Other asians, americans and european do that for sure after all we have the english word for that BRIBE.
2) I just hope our own traffic enforcers is as true to their job as this manhattan police.
