Long Waiting * Emmision Testing... Cert. of Reg can't be found

I went yesterday to LTO San Juan District Office to change my CR from encumbered & at the same time renew the registration 1:30pm.
I immediately go to Emmision Testing as the 1st part of the procedure.
Would you believe that I got the result of Emmision * exactly 4pm?
This is due to the new procedure of verification from so called STRATCOM server located * the main LTO office (?). I do not know when they implemented this but the (new) system did not improved at all due to long waiting time of verification from the main server. Lahat ng tao dun naiinis...
Ang nakakainis pa when I submit the papers to locate for the records (next step), di raw mahanap after about an hour. So ang sabi sa akin ipa-renew na lang at iwan ang mga papers to locate again tomorrow since 10 min before 5pm na. Ayun pumayag ako para pagbalik ko pick up na lang....

Anong records ba kaya ang hahanapin dito? Paano kaya kung tuluyang di maakita yung record? Paano kaya kung mawala yung papers ko?

lagi pang nag ooffline. two days na rin ako nag aattempt magpa emission test. umaalis nalang ako kasi 45 minutes na di pa kami gumagalaw. buong pilipinas ata yan.

Implemented na pala. Nung nagpa rehistro ako nung September, sinabi sa 'kin dun sa emission testing center at dun sa LTO na ganyan nga daw ang bagong sistema. "Mabilis" daw ang verification, which I doubted highly. Tama nga duda ko.

Manila na yan ha. What more kaya sa provinces.

Inefficient talaga. Tapos, sigurado may mga bagong fees na naman yan.

may verification na rin pala, at kulang pa pala ang accreditation talagang yung madali eh pinahihirap pa nila tulad pag ang TPL mo eh hindi galing sa kanila or kadikit nila sa LTO branches.

Matagal na po iyang verification system na iyan ng LTO as part of the LTO-IT program. STRADCOM ang IT provider nila. LAst year generally mabilis naman sila kaya lang this year andalas ng downtime nila. Nag start mag degrade ang service ng STRADCOM nang kunin nila pati TPL authenticatione.
