Siguro sinabi nung taxi na Hotel service siya kaya mas mataas ang rate nun kesa sa ordinary taxi. Nangyari na sa friend ko yung ganyan. Sinisingil siya ng mas mataas dahil galing daw siya sa hotel. Sinagot niya na lang ng "Wag mo kong gaguhin dahil hindi ako probinsiyano" Nag sorry na lang daw yung driver eh.

The idiot said he didn't know the girl was being dragged and thought she had already gone out of the cab. Then he said she was arguing with him about the money.

If she was aguing about the money whay would she leave the cab? How can you not know you are dragging a person? They will be screaming to get you to stop the vehicle because they are being dragged. The guy should be tied behind a car and dragged for 10km at 65km/h so he will know that his reasoning is an impossible scenerio.
