hood jumping kid, high kaya o trip lang?

mga peeps, ingat lang kayo pag dumaan dyan sa shaw blvd, sa ilalim ng underpass and right in front of shangrila shopping mall

i personally witnessed this incident last night, at about 7pm while stuck in traffic there. when i saw "witnessed" as in i was the vehicle right behind the victim

we were stuck in traffic and in front of me was a red taxicab. there were about 4 kids at the side. two boys were on top of the island while another small boy was some distance at the back and the small girl was on the road with some sampaguita leis to sell

without warning whatsoever, one of the small boys who was perched on top of the island suddenly jumped on the hood of the taxi cab. and as if to taunt the driver, he even stayed on the hood until the cab driver got out of his cab

the kid then went to the passengers side of the cab and the driver was trying to collar him. as the driver was moving to the rear, the kid ran to the front and all the way to the pedestrian lane near edsa. the driver lost him for awhile

the driver did not give chase as he could not obviously leave his cab in the middle of traffic. the other kid on top of the island remained perched on the island while the kid selling the sampaguita leis did nothing also. both just stared at the poor driver

a few moments later, the hood jumping kid returned and taunted the driver. siguro, akala ng bata na ito na laro laro lang. para silang nag patintero with the cab in the middle

the drive picked up a small stone but could not throw it at the kid as the kid ran away quickly and darting in between the cars.

traffic began to move and the driver had to go back to his cab. as the taxi slowly moved forward, this kid selling sampaguitas then got a stone and threw it at the taxicab.

the cab did not stop. naabala tuloy ako at ako ay nasa likod at baka mapag tripan pa ako. hataw kaagad para malampasan yung mga bata na yun

tingin ko, mukhang either high itong bata na tumalon o nag tri-triping lang

Malamang naka-high on drugs ang mga 'yon. Kasi kung matino lang ang pag-iisip di nila gagawin 'yon. Ingat na lang... dami ng mga kalulukan sa Metro Manila na nangyayari na few years back di natin inisip na may makakagawa ng mga ito.

Mukhang wala na masyado nagagawa yung DSWD, most likely puno na mga rehab centers nila plus wala na rin silang budget. Dapat simulan na ang pagpromote ng family planning more aggresively sa mga poor areas. Pwede rin mag bigay ng incentive dun sa mga isa lang o dalawa ang anak.

i'm beginning to suspect that these kids are responsible in throwing stones sa underpass.

Ako dati muntik na mapagtripan nung nasa ilalim ako ng skyway pauwi na kasama mga kaklase ko ang lakas kase nung ilaw nung truck sa likod ko akala nung isang lalake masama tingin ko sa kanya kase nakatingin ako sa side mirror ko bigla na lang ako gustong suntukin buti na lang nag green na yung traffic light kung sinuntok niya ako malamang hindi lang 100 points ako baka 200 pa plus bonus pa ang gagawin ko..hehe

i heard pa nga nakakatakas lang ang mga bata dito sa DSWD..di na rin nila hinahabol..kasi nga puno na din sila dahil nga sa kakulanngan ng budget na di naman 100 percent n tatanggap nila .kaya balik sa batang kalye uli mga iyon ..titira uli ng rugby at pag high na mag trip naman
