Sell the SUV in another country maybe just like carnapped cars in Japan or Germany landing on our shores or the carnappers would ask ransom from the owner just like some people I know who lost their Land Cruiser and Subaru STI. The carnappers called them up fortunately both vehicles were insured.

I think they didnt expect to carnap a Porsche Cayenne, baka may nakita lang sila na malaking SUV na parating, akala cguro Fortuner, which would be easier to dispose, they probably didnt know what they got into.

Of course someone may have just wanted to add a Cayenne to their collection of cars...

mekaniko lang yung may dala. he could just be extra careful dahil alam nya value nung sasakyan and probably dont want to cause any scratch sa ride. During the time na kinukuha na sa kanya yung sasakyan, of course, he wouldn't dare to resist kasi di naman sa kanya yun.

sabagay, but it'll be very hard for an FX to reach 100kph in 5seconds so parang ang weird na ganun kabagal yung driver.

Well, just because you have the larger engined vehicle, it doesnt mean you'll necessarily always be ahead of the "slower" cars. The guy could have just been cruising and taking his time and the FX just passed him normally so as not to cause any alarm before blocking him suddenly (heck even i wouldnt drive fast on Santolan Road since it's narrow, lots of jeeps, trikes, and sidestreets)... just a thought.

AFAIK, high-worth vehicles are usually resold in the provinces or even exported to other countries... and just to add, it was mentioned before that carnapping incidents also rise before elections.
