i am still waiting for somebody to devise a computer program.... para bang tire calculator.. input the car model in the SA's handheld, input the down, input the number of months... and out comes the monthly amort.!
or, input the monthly, input the down, and out comes the number of months!
the idea is so easy and foolproof, i do not see why no one has come up with it yet in our local market..

im using an android app - Housing Loan Calculator... works fine in finding how much the monthly amortization should be.
