My vehicle was hit by a white honda car with plate no. WCV-436 last Saturday, September 19, 2009 at the parking lot of Waltermart Plaridel Bulacan. Fortunately, a witness reported the incident to the guards, the reason why i know the above-mentioned details. My question is, what am I going to to with the guard's incident report? Shall I bring it to LTO or PNP?

Btw, to the owner/driver of WCV-436, be responsible enough to face the incident.
