    Hi Guys,

    Tanong ko lang kung ano gagawin, meron kasi ginawa dito sa seconday road na full court (basketball) may liga gabi gabi at pag walang liga nakabara dun sa kanto namin ung board di talaga makakaraan. Sinabi ko na sa homeowners Associations pero wala pa ring kilos ano kaya ang pedeng next steps ko?

    2. Relocate
    3. Go to a baranggay hall and ask them why they're not doing their job proactively.

    If its within the subdivision and your association fails to take action, you can complain to the barangay. If its a secondary road, its probably under the jurisdiction of the municipality or city so you can go to the Office of the City Engineer or Municipal Engineer and have these unauthorized structures removed.

    Hmmm......sa'n bang subdivision yan at mukhang "pasaway" ata ang mga nakatira riyan?

    Basketball court in the middle of the road? Subdivision?

    That's illegal! Subdivisions or villages should have a place for basketball and not on the middle of the road.

    Ano ang sabi ng homeowners association nyo?

    Alam kong nangyayari yan sa mga sidestreets ng Metro Manila. Minsan meron sa Sampaloc, malapit sa UST. Sa gitna mismo ng road yung whole court. Nag-paliga pa yung Barangay, blocking the entire street...... May mga hugot pang players sa college/university teams.

    Pero sa subdivision? Tsk, tsk....
