Head lamps is for lighting the area fronting the car at night, yung mga taga provinsya may use their car in Manila during daytime, and park their cars at their Manila hotels at night. I did not say ban them too, here in Manila.

And if you think car manufacturers do not put something to the car that does not pose danger to the general public, you better think again.

Inggit? are people who argues against what others believe in is INGGIT? Come on, take a walk!!!
Talaga bang galit ka sa mga promdi? You tell them to use their cars during the day and park it at night? Thats one of the most stupid things I ever heard from someone. Don't you think people need their cars more at night? Because it is very risky to commute in Manila at night, as if i have to state the obvious.

Car manufacturers not only put HID in the Philippines as standard. You can practically see HID's standard on a certain car model for global consumption. An example would be the current Mercedes Benz S-class. So how can you put something on a car that would pose hazard to the general public? I'm sure that if it were a hazard, cars in the U.S won't have them as we all know how strict the US DOT is or the German TUV for that matter.

Inggit? to tell you frankly, I'm no HID user. But I admire the HID technology even if I don't have it on my car. At least I can appreciate something that I don't have and NOT sourgrape.
