    have you encountered them? they deliberately slow down traffic.
    i wonder if anyone has complained to the authorities about them?

    eto ang cheapest form of advertisement kesa yung mga billboard na malalaki.

    dito madami makakakita at its a form of good advertisement kasi papatingin ka talaga.

    katulad sa TV titingnan mo lang sya pero ang mahal nang airtime.

    Hindi naman talaga sila dapat magbagal yung tama lang takbo.

    pareho lang kasi kung mabagal or mabilis.

    mabilis naman magbasa ang mga tao eh.
