I attached hereto photos of unfinished bridge, located at Brgy
Namunga, Rosario, Batangas. The said bridge is putting the lives and property
of motorist and resident in clear and present danger. The worst of
all its almost one year from now and the construction remained
unfinished. IN FACT NO CONSTRUCTION IS BEING DONE FOR A VERY LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

A temporary hanging steel was created in order for the resident to
transverse to the other side of the road. Such hanging steel is also the
one being used by nursery and elementary public student from going back and forth to their school, which is located nearby. Please see the picture how dangerous it is to traverse the
    said hanging steel.

That last August 2, 2007 at around midnight a car falls down from the
said bridge for there are no visible road warning that the bridge is
under construction(?)/closed. The car went straight to the bridge without knowing it is under construction (?)/closed. He fly without a wings. It is not also not well lighted at night.
The driver and his companion suffered severe multiple wounds & injuries to different parts of body. Well at last after the said incident there is now an existing warning sign “detour” , at least grrrrrrrrrrrr. Hoy Gising

    Typical.

At least now we know the Kia Rio can survive a fall like that...

Ganyan naman talaga sa probinsya... my cousin went off the end of the road one night in Cavite because of the darkness and the lack of warning signs... the only thing that saved him from going into the river is the "tambak" they left standing between the end of the road and the unfinished bridge. Grrrr....

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
