was seen zooming around marikina with blinkers/strobes and siren, and when confronted, they cannot produce a permit for their devices. I just hate these kind of people. Its a blue altis, lowered, no tint, 17" mags with plate xkz707 and a white camry w/ plate umh817. the driver were in mid 20's wearing shorts and definitely not a person of authority!
