GRabe talaga MMDA sa Edsa!!!

Hi guys just wanted to share with you what happend to me recently. I usually park my car at the makati car park which is in front of where else. I got my car and drove home around 1pm. I am aware of the traffic enforcers in Edsa specially that part near the tunnel which seperates it from the commuters lane of Sm Makati. Since im parked at the 2nd floor of the car park I always see them gathering in that spot. What pisses me off is we're not talking abt 2 or 3 enforcers but a bunch of them eight to be exact! What on Gods world should we need 8 enforcers in 1 spot in Edsa. To top if all off when I made my right in Edsa they stopped me for a violation. To my shock the enforcer said I blocked the lane of the bus and that I failed to give right of way. I couldnt believe it. Why the hell would I block an oncoming bus? Man I was livid. SA sobrang bad trip ko nasigawan ko yung pulis. I told him to just give me the ticket coz no matter what explainin he did I was firm and I would not budge. So here I have a ticket and if I feel I got robbed of my rights. What do I do? GRabe talaga sa tagal kong nag drive nde ko na matandaan kung kelan ako huling nahuli coz I always follow rules pero kung ganito lang mga pulis, ewan!!!

alanranch... you can always contest your ticket at the MMDA HO (at Orense)... sa Adjucation Board. it'll eat up a few hours of your time but at least it is worth it.

I've been to the adjunction board twice, trust me, unless you go there REALLLY early, you'll waste at least a day in that place...

If the violation is small, just pay and forget.. if it's large, hihintayin pa yun nanghuli sayo para magharapan kayo... most of the time, whoever arbitrator that's there will just brush your case and make it a lesser penalty (150) for obstruction...

Isip ko lang, since kita mo naman yung incompetence nila lagi, ivideo mo, tapos padala mo kung sino man yung nagrereprimand sa mmda (may department silang ganun).. If not, bring it to the media...

Mukang di naman kailangan i-hidden cam shoot dahil kitang kita naman sila sa parking diba. I'm sure madami na silang nabiktima na ganyan...

yup, dami nga tao dun. been there when i was still a college freshman. halos lahat ng kasama mo dun drivers ng public utility vehicles. pag punta mo dun sa adjudication board, you don't confront your apprehending officer immediately. they will first just schedule your case and notify the officer involved that a complaint was lodged against him. babalik ka pa uli for the actual confrontation. laking abala pare. practical tip, just pay the fine. sayang lang talaga yung oras and effort mo

btw... punta ka muna kung saan i redeem your license to have them to extend the validity of your TVR (which servers as your temp license).

korek! kaya di na rin sindak mga H_N_Y_P_K pag sinabi mo na i-contest mo yung violation sa mmda office, dahil alam nila na susuko at susuko din ang complainant coz of abala. with this system, di talaga mag-improve!!!

kwinenta ko dati yung nagastos ko sa adjunction board (dalawang balik pa!)... mga 300/day sa taxi fare, dalawang 6 hour day wasted (travel plus pagpila), plus consomisyon at init... tapos lintek na 500 lang yung bill.

yan pa isa badtrip dyan, kung may naharangan man bus eh nagsasakay lang yan mabagal ang takbo pero tayo kung mag almost 90 degree turn sa EDSA yun bus at i-cut tayo, wala man lang nakakapansin.

hay naku, napaka-incompetent talaga at mga hayuk sa makokotongan mga MMDa na yan. last week nahuli ako sa Aurora, Cubao crossing EDSA. I was about to cross EDSA from E. Rodriguez, the vehicles in front of me were moving and i made sure that it was still green light as i crossed EDSA going to aurora. on my right side were 2 FX who were moving at the same pace as me.as i was about to cross, nakita ko yung 3 MMDA sa right side ng street, signalling the vehicles to cross since green pa nga. nung nasa gitna na ako ng EDSA biglang my humarang sa akin na MMDA forcing me to stop. i slowed down pero humarang na talaga bago ako nakatawid ng EDSA. Pero yung 2 FX na kasabay ko ay pinabayaan lang. Beating the red light daw violation ko.Pucha talaga! Sabi o, boss wala akong nakitang red nung tumawid ako, at kung red man bakit yung 2 FX di nyo hinuli ako lang.At saka di ako titigil sa gitna ng EDSA dahil delikado yun.

kahit anong explain ko violation daw na yun.penalty daw ay P500 plus P250 para sa seminar. ayaw ko mang gawin pero nakipagbargain ako na wag ng dalhin sa office ng MMDA yung license ko kasi alam ko hassle lang. ayaw tumanggap ng P100.tinawaran ko ng tinawaran hanggang nakuntento sa P300 ang mga hinayupak na yun. pinagtulungan pa ako ng 2 na MMDA.wala ka talagang laban.

ok lang sa akin kung totoong my violation ako. ang masama lang sa loob ay yung nakotongan ka na wala ka pang ginawang violation. hay naku kaya ang pilipinas ayaw umunlad.

Guys my penalty was P150 but really felt violated kaya nde ko talaga inisip yung fee kung mura o mahal but kung anu ang tama. Cguro ganun na nga gagawin ko sa show ko na lang ieexpose sila. Talagang talo ako if I go to their board plus wala naman akong wintess tapos sila madami silang kasabwat cguradong idedeny lang nila yung complaint ko. One good thing abt the whole incident is the enforcer didnt get my license. Bat ganun? He just gave me a ticket.

lakas talaga rumaket ng mga pulis!!! Ive always been positive abt them pero talagang nawawalan na din ako ng respeto sa kanila! I try really hard to be a good citizen pero talagang may mga nag tatake advantage.

nde ko mahaharang ang oncoming bus nakakatakot yun. When I made my right I was at the extreme right of edsa driving really slow coz I was on my way to the tunnel. The bus came from the middle of edsa diving inside the yellow lane to get passengers. Nde ko kayang makipag gitgitan sa bus dahil sobra akong maingat sa oto ko. Ayaw na ayaw kong nagagalusan ang auto ko. The enforcer thought I blocked the bus but I didnt the bus was just in a hurry to get passengers. Kaya sa sobra kong bad trip I raised my voice. I didnt know what got into me pero nagawa ko yun. I didnt even wait for the explanation. When he was trying to sweet talk me I just told him" kahit anung sabihin mo nde ako mali, kaya wag mo ng patagalin to". I thought that he was going to get my license but he gave it back w/ the traffic violation ticket.

Question: Magkano (ilang %) ang kumisyon ng MMDA for each ticket na maissue nila? Meron nga ba?

The Irony its the buses that always block traffic and they (MMDA) don't do anything about it. Go figure. Corrupt and Inconpetence... a bad combination.
