i once ended up in the e-pass lane even though i didn't have an e-pass, i guess i was deep in thought and didn't notice the sign, and the e-pass lanes were still a novelty. i was given a ticket, and i didn't even bother to reason out with the officer. that's the way it should be i guess, it's not like the hidden crocs who make up all sorts of violations just so they get some moolah. violations like that are so blatantly clear and to still commit them is plain stupidity. or maybe the driver realized that he was in the philippines where "MOST RULES ARE MERE SUGGESTIONS"?

to the banned dude: it's a small key just under tab and above shift. it says "caps lock". don't hesitate to use it.

Dapat dun hindi na binigay yung sukli para magtanda. Ang laki-laki ng sign na "EXACT TOLL ONLY". tapos may warning sign pa na hindi sila nagbibigay ng change sa lane na yun kaya siguro naman nakita yun nung driver o sadyang engot lang siya. Buti nga mabait pa yung teller at binigay pa rin sukli niya.

ang mahirap kasi kung hahayaanmo na lang ung ganyan, aabusuhin e. some sort of discipline should be carried out.

sana the tollways would develop an SOP in dealing with this situation, para di sila mataranta/magkagulo like what happened. for example, pag ganyan nga nangyari, automatic ipapapara siya sa gilid, sabay lecture from the police about entering the proper lanes(and make it a very long lecture). para hindi naman masyadong abala sa mga me disiplinang pumipila.

+1. Even worse than no read/no write drivers are those can't read traffic signs. I remember taking a seminar a few years back. The lecturer showed us a blue P sign. One driver recited "ah that's where parking is allowed". Then the lecturer asked "what if there was a slash?" and then showed a no parking sign. He called on one driver at his early 20's and this was his serious answer "uhhh hindi ko alam eh, baka pwede matagal nakapark dun..."

Every weekend that i drive to the north, before ako umalis ng office, nakahanda na 38 pesos ko (pag puro barya, naka-scotch tape yun) then on the way back to manila, during my nicotine break sa Petron, prepare na rin ng P180. Lagi ako exact lane (wala kasi pambili ng EC Tag). :sad:

Sa SLEX, marami na ako nakita walang E-Pass na dumaan sa "EPass ONLY LANE" just because there's a long que sa cash lane. Ticket ang abot sa ganito and i think P500 ang penalty. Serves them right. Sana ganito din gawin sa NLEX.

The poster have been warned a couple of times in different threads. One of the mods even PMed him/her about this yet he/she still continued to post in ALL CAPS, hence the ban. Anyway, it's only a 1 day ban.

Puwede ring paparadahin nila sa tabi at doon maghintay ng kanyang sukli na ibibigay lang after 30 minutes......
