I'll match the thief's 4-inch knife with my own 4-inch knife, and I'll also give him hell with my steering wheel lock, which can be detached to form two very nasty steel clubs

Of course, the best solution would simply be to leave enough room between you and the vehicle ahead of you so that you can maneuver out of the danger area and make a hasty escape. With traffic being the way it is though, this isn't always possible.

pero out numbered yata tayo, kasi they usually operate in groups. kukuyugin tayo ng mga tropa nila.

ok din kaya stun gun or pepper spray?

pero avoid the el-cheapo type that acts more like tear gas B). Had a bad experience with it dati...i was pointing it well away from me, to see the effective distance.

wag mo lang cguro iwan out in the sun...baka sumabog sa loob ng kotse mo

pepper spray will work, as long as the wind isn't blowing toward you. a 9mm handgun won't mind which way the wind is blowing, but then again, GMA took away that option from us law-abiding citizens last January

GRRRRR....

    same area, read on...

A De La Salle University (DLSU) student and reportedly a relative of hairstylist Ricky Reyes was shot dead by a holdup man when he refused to give his cellphone to the suspect in San Andres, Manila the other night.

The Western Police District (WPD) homicide section identified the victim as Christian Reyes, 20, of 9 Casa Nueva, New Manila, Quezon City.

Reyes died from two gunshot wounds in the body.

Initial investigation by SPO4 Alfred Salazar showed the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. along Quirino Avenue near South Super Highway in San Andres.

Salazar said the victim was smoking inside his Honda CRV (WHA-589) with windows open when the vehicle stopped due to traffic fronting the group of the gunman identified as only Jomar.

The suspect approached Reyes and pointed his handgun at the latter and announced the heist.

The victim refused to surrender his cellphone and tried to ward off the suspect's gun, prompting the suspect to fire twice at the victim.

The suspect immediately fled the scene while Reyes was rushed to the Ospital ng Maynila but was declared dead on arrival.

IMO, theres no such law that prohibits carrying any bladed weapon in Your Car since its your domain, only GUNS.... Well, suggest ko lang when u carry bladed weapon, dapat u have to carry a shorter one (6 inch) then a longer one which is Samurai (24 inch) then a Stun Gun which is about ($54) or a

    M-Taeser ($500)

    15 FEET OF TAKEDOWN POWER

The most effective nonlethal system available

The new Advanced Taser M-18 series has almost 100% effectiveness rating.
It combines the injury reducing benefits of traditional stun technology with a
quantum leap in stopping power via new Electro-Muscular Disruption (EMD)
technology. In police studies, the new Advanced Taser has a higher instant
incapacitation rate than a 9mm hand gun. The Advanced Taser overrides
the central nervous system, providing more reliable takedown power.

    NEW Electro-Muscular Disruption (EMD) Technology

There are two categories of energy weapons: Stun weapons and EMD weapons.

STUN WEAPONS: Traditional stun technology weapons operate in a 7 to14-Watt range and interfere with the communication signals within the nervous system of the target. These stun systems primarily effect the sensory nervous system. Like static on the communication lines between the brain and the body, stun systems interfere with the human command and control systems. However, a small percentage of people with a very high tolerance for electrical stimulation can fight through the effect of these 7 to14-Watt systems. The AIR TASER 34000 series is a stun weapon using the same settings used by law enforcement for over 20 years.

EMD WEAPONS: EMD weapons use a more powerful 18 to 26-Watt electrical signal to completely override the central nervous system and directly control the skeletal muscles. This EMD effect causes an uncontrollable contraction of the muscle tissue, allowing the M-Series to physically debilitate a target regardless of pain tolerance or mental focus.

The ADVANCED TASER M-Series are EMD weapons -- specifically designed to stop even the most elite, aggressive, focused combatants. Rather than simply interfering with communication between the brain and muscles, the ADVANCED TASER EMD systems directly tell the muscles what to do: contract until the target is in the fetal position on the ground.

The ADVANCED TASER provides for maximum safety for both the officer and the subject by bringing dangerous situations quickly under control before force escalates to lethal levels.

    BENEFITS OF NEW ADVANCED TASER

Most confrontations do not justify the use of lethal force, but you should not have to expose yourself to risk of injury from physical confrontation with a violent combatant. Field studies of TASER® technology have shown these less-lethal weapons can significantly reduce injuries to both suspects and officers. A leading field study of 7-Watt TASER Technology at the Los Angeles Police Department* found TASER technology had the lowest rate of injuries to both officers and suspects compared to all other force options studied. Fewer injuries mean safer jobs for your officers and lower liability for your department. The new ADVANCED TASER® M-Series combines the injury reducing benefits of traditional stun technology with a quantum leap in stopping power via new Electro-Muscular Disruption technology

Hmm, inquire ako sa PNP about this Stun Gun & The Blade kung allowed ba.
