Hi to all Tsikoteers..
Yung GrandFather ko kasi isinugod sa Hospital dahil hirap na siya maka-ihi thats why i have to Hazard and Keep Flashing The Lights. It is my 1st time na gawin kasi ngayon lang ako naka handle ng emergency. So no choice na i counterflow ko then theres this 1Jeep na hindi nakakaintindi ng Emergency ayun namura ko tuloy ang sabi ko (G2&O ka emergency to) at sabi niya (G2&O ka din) tapos sabay sigaw sa kanya na (ang B2B&) mo. Nasira talaga ang araw ko

This is my 1st time in emergency pero parang wala naman ata nakakaalam na nasa emergency ka
even motorcycles. Emergency na nga mag oovertake pa tapos babagal din pala. tapos may nakikipag karerahan pa sakin na kotse tapos even traffic enforcer naka hazard na nga ako parang balewala din

you should buy that yellow magnet revolving light that can be placed on the roof. it's legal since it's yellow.

which reminds, i need to buy nga pala. nanakaw sa CASA yun akin eh

I'm sorry, I appreciate the situation, but counterflowing endangers other motorists.

naintindihan ko frustration mo. unfortunately dami na kasing gumagamit ng hazard and flashing lights kahit walang emergency. so other motorists don't give way anymore. hindi mo na kasi madistinguish ang totoong emergency or gusto lang makalamang. minsan nga ambulance mismo di na ginagalang kasi ginagamit sa kung anu ano na lang.

better siguro, if you still have the time, put a big emergency sign sa harap. kahit bond paper lang just to let other people know na emergency talaga. also, instead of panicking ang yelling at people to give way, be courteous and politely signal an may emergency talaga. i know mahirap to kasi nga panic mode na. pero the more na pilitin mo, the more na di ka pagbibigyan or worse you might get into an accident. lalong dadami ang casualty or di kayo aabot sa hospital in time.

I agree with the sentiments of everyone.

I would also like to add, nakakatakot nga kasi siguro umuungol ang grandfather mo because he's in severe pain dahil punung-puno na ang pantog nya at di nya malabas. Unless he has a heart condition, you really don't need to panic. Even if you reach the ER 30 minutes later than you did this morning, you'd be in the same situation: he's still in pain. It's really not like he's in a life or death situation where every second counts. But I totally understand the situation you were in this morning.

I would venture to guess that your grandfather has a prostate problem right? Either a prostatic hypertrophy or (heaven forbid) prostate CA. What the emergency doctor did was to insert a foley catheter to slowly decompress your grandfather's bladder but just a little at a time. Bawas ng konting ihi ngayon tapos a few more after a few hours... pag masyadong mabilis din ang pagtanggal ng ihi he could develop a hemorrhagic cystitis, where his bladder would bleed dahil masyadong mabilis na-deflate.

Oh, and I would also like to suggest you get one of those Lifeline Arrows service or something. My parents have those. In an emergency, we would just call their hotline and an emergency crew would be there in a few minutes; and we can even request them to transport the patient/s to any hospital we'd prefer. They could do the foley catheter insertion in cases like yours then transfer the patient to the hospital after. At least your grandfather wouldn't have had to suffer while en route.

They're using their hazard lights para hawiin ang mga nasa harap.

Actually, even ambulances have a difficult time navigating through traffic nowadays, ayaw na din magbigay ng ibang motorists.

I wouldn't advise this. Drivers would tend to react unfavorably when you're using a very loud horn. Take it from my experience.
