E-tap card lane only - no e-tap card no entry

It happened to me once when I stumbled upon the EC tag lane on NLEX. In my case, it had to do more with my unfamiliarity of the expressways as I only get to use one or the other maybe once a year, sometimes none at all. And every time, there's always something new about it.

Also, the blue "EC" LED signage is difficult to read from a fair amount of distance. By the time I could make out the letters, it was too late. Blue lights, as some of you may know, has been proven by science to be much harder to focus on because of their slightly incompatible wavelength with our eyes' retina.

But as I've said, this only happened once and soon after, I knew well enough to stay out of the lane where the blue LED lights are.
