    Guys, from baguio po ako and will be in manila this week. Would like to know kung may window hrs (10 to 3) sa ortigas area and qc area as well. TIA.

    walang window ang baguio bro. although there are options:

    a. daan ka sa mga gilid gilid like kisad road, etc.
    b. get an excemption pass, parang visitor pass or tourist pass. i think it costs around 200 pesos +++.
