where is tpmo - ovr redemption center

hinuli ako ng makati traffic enforcer dyan sa may malugay turning right into south super highway kaninang 8pm. swerving/wrong lane daw. kainis. gusto ko icontest kasi how can i be in the wrong lane kung nasa gitna ako (3 cars abreast crossing the railroad tracks) and i was turning right.

bungad pa sa akin when i asked the officer "anong violation ko, boss?" is "paano ba yan, chief?". and then there were three of them converging on the car. alam ko na agad na naghahanap lang ang mga ito ng lagay. so what i did was i said flat out to give me an OVR/TCT. they looked disappointed.

i'd rather go through the hassle than mag-lagay. they think kasi that people would rather "grease" them than go through all the trouble.

questions:
1. can anyone tell me where to claim my license? (it says on the ovr, tpmo - ovr redemption center justice hall makati city)
2. ano procedure/process when i get there?
3. P150 ang alam ko na fine sa wrong lane, tama ba?
4. if i want to contest the violation or ireklamo yung enforcer (110 sapalaran arnold 0036), what do i do and is it worth the trouble?

in theory dapat bukas city hall ha, may in-assign nang substitute.

anyway, i think you can't contest it because you signed the ticket, right?

ang payo na naririnig ko ay dapat daw isama sa signature "signed in protest" or something like that para i-foforward sa traffic court.

so where do i claim it? sa makati city hall? saan ba city hall ng makati?

once na rin ako nahuli dyan yellow lane violation. nagbigay na lang ako 100 kasi late na ko.... by the way yun redemption nyan eh dun sa may city hall ng makati, alam ko dun sa lumang munisipyo. mon to friday hanggang 4 pm lang ang office nila saka minimum fine is 500 pesos sa makati pero that was a year ago. di ko lang alam kung nagtaas.

kung di mo alam yun munisipyo eh along jp rizal ave at medyo malayo sa edsa to. eto yun kalsada sa ilalim ng guadalupe. matraffic doon bro. kung pinirmahan mo medyo mahirap i-contest yan. yun last apprehension ko obvious na kotong pero humingi na lang ako ng ticket pero di ako pumirma. Kinuha ko na lang yun pangalan ng enforcer at sana wag mag-krus ulit ang landas namin lalo na sa lugar namin........... :mad:

dude, im not sure sa fine ng swerving pero alam ko mas mataas mga fines sa makati. hindi ko rin alam yun exact address ng makati city hall pero along jp rizal yan
