THE alleged carjacking syndicate mastermind behind the missing 969 Land Transportation Office (LTO) License Plates has expressed his willingness to come out to clear his name in the controversy.
Boy Hopia, said to be the man behind the high profile Valle Verde Gwaping Carjacking Syndicate (VVGCS) thru his close relative sent his message to surrender before Assistant Secretary for Special Concerns and acting National Capital Region-LTO Director Reynaldo Berroya.
Hopia's relative said the man has wanted to surface once and for all to answer the entire ridiculous and fabricated allegation against him in the proper forum.
"Sa totoo lang noon pa niya gustong lumabas at harapin ang lahat ng ibinibintang sa kanya na hindi totoo dahil nga lumalabas convicted na siya sa dyaryo na siya lahat ang may gawa ng mga sinasabing pagkawala ng 969 na mga plaka sa ahensiya," Hopias's relative said during the interview.
All he (Boy Hopia) wants is a fair trial in case he decided to surface and face all these ridiculous allegations against him, Hopia's relative said
