Well, I was at Dusit Hotel doing my business and enjoying the scenic view ng makati... then I saw these 4 men ng MMDA, dami nila hinuhuli upto 5 cars at a time. Just be aware guys! I think may time na no entry ata, pero from the looks of it motorist are caught unaware maybe they took out the sign.
