TTX698 4pm 09Nov13 NAIA Road, Pasay, Driver Showing off his Gun

At 4:00pm today November 9, 2013 along Imeda Ave. (going to MOA), corner NAIA Road, Pasay City.

Inside my car with my wife, 2 year old son and our nanny.

While stop in traffic, Vehicle TTX698 Red Toyota, slowly moving backwards and bumped my front bumper.

Despite the fact that I have flashed high beam and use my horn to alert the driver, he did not notice he was moving backwards. Only after both our cars have made contact did he notice and moved his vehicle forward and engaged his hand brakes.

Noticing the driver has no intention to apologize or even check if he have damaged my car, and knowing that there are criminals who intentionally have their rear end bumped and make it appear in the police report it is the other drivers fault, I went out of my car and approached the driver to inform him of his mistake.

Instead of accepting his mistake, he intentionally showed he has a gun and proudly tuck it in front of his pants and shouted what is my problem.

I shouted back that he already bumped me, then I noticed that he is showing off his gun again, I told him I have a video camera mounted on my car and everything is recorded.

Only then he went back to his car.

This guy does not deserve to carry a gun, if he has a license to carry it should be cancelled, and if he is carrying a unlicensed gun he should go to jail, and if he have not secured a comelec exemption to carry a gun, it adds to his violation.

He is still under the comelec gun ban which will only end on November 12, 2013.

Mukhang patay gutom naman yung driver, are you sure it's not a toy gun? From his looks alone, I don't think he can afford a real one.

Kahit na toy gun un, effective pa din ang comelec gun ban, kaya meron pa din sha case, bad trip lan itong 2600 ng LTO hindi na naman working gusto ko sana i verify ung vehicle model.

Matapang lang dahil me dalang baril, pero hahanapan ko ng paraan para ma-trace ko kung sino sha at ng makulong.

Dyan din sa lugar na yan pero sa kabilang side (going to casino), umuulan noon at gabi, kita ko kung paano inatrasan un car at nag drama ung car sa harapan na binanga daw sha (since this area is Pasay malamang me kasabwat) kaya nag decide ako noon na bumili ng dashboard cam. Un nga lang ung lens ng camera ko now lumabo na dahil sa kabibilad sa araw, but still better than nothing.

Mayabang yung driver ng Corolla, halatang nananakot lang. Pero buti na rin at ganon, kaysa naman ala Rolito Go na pababa ng sasakyan pinagbabaril na lang yung driver na nakabangga niya.

Better post it sa Youscoop ng GMA, not just their page, para mapansin agad. Sana mapansin din ng T3 para matadtad ng mura.

Thanks for the info sige mag post din ako dun, d bale ng maubos oras ko sa kaka-upload at mag follow-up na makasuhan ito, one less criminal on the road is still better for everybody.

Yan ang hirap sa bulok na sistema ng gun licensing, i assume may PTC yan kupal na yan or worse unlicensed firearm. Sana mapanagot siya ni TS.

regarding sa blotter, since sa Pasay ito nangyari sa pasay lang ba ako pwede mag file ng blotter? pwede ba sa makati kasi mas convinient para sa akin kung sa makati dahil malapit lang sa office.
