    whoever is the owner of this vehicle is a certified stupid a**hole..... on my way to work this morning and this moron is lining up at coastal road toll gate, while waiting for his turn to pay the toll fee, this jerk sped away without paying the toll fee....

    Toyota Hilux ZKK-601 blue color....

    ni report naman ng cashier kaso mabilis si mokong.. .. hindi din ata nakita nung cashier yung plate number eh.. nagulantang si nene sa bilis ni hilux...

    diba may harang naman yung toll i mean may kahoy or bakal.

    so paanong naka alis ng hindi nag babayad yun at paanong binukas ng cashier yung kung hindi pa bayad?

    no barriers at toll gates of coastal road... yan nga lang ang highway na nagkalat yung toll fee receipts... sobrang dami kasi ng dumadaan dyan (mostly cavitenos) kaya nag trapik.. sa umaga halos ibato na lang sa cashier ang bayad dyan since lagi naman 24 pesos lang para mabilis..

    im not sure kung walang pambayad si hilux or sadyang na excite sya kaya napa harurot...

    if i remember it right, laging nakataas ang barriers ng coastal toll booth, hindi sila katulad ng sa nlex na automatic na bumababa once a vehicle passed.

    i also encountered another vehicle with this same M.O. maybe two weeks ago, not sure if this is the same car. I was directly behind that car when it sped away after receiving the ticket.

    24 petot lang naman.. maunawan ko kung bulok ang ride nya eh... kaso hindi naman.. hindi naman ako maapektuhan nung ginawa nya kaso minsan ang hirap isipin na merong mga taong balasubas sa simpleng bagay lang.. nakakairita... tsaka kawawa yung kahera bka mamaya sa kanya pa i-charge yung toll nya...

    dapat walang expiration ang "load" ng e-pass..i dont know kung bakit kailangan nila lagyan ng expiration..para more profit?

    i knew someone na ganito din sa parking area naman, since wala ding harang yung parking exit. malayo sya sa nagbabayad na paexit, paglabas nung kakabayad lang, haharurot para di sya mapahinto nung naniningil sa exit. the funny thing is mayaman naman tong taong ito, kaya naman magbayad.
