My sister was verbally harassed by a TAXI DRIVER w/ Plate no. TWL-819, on her way to UST Hospital. She is personally known to Otep. The Taxi driver even autolocked the doors. According to her, the driver looked like he was on drugs.Details later afetr I call my sister.

Takot na takot daw sya habang kung anu-anu sinasabi sa kanya ng taxi driver, the driver autolock pa daw the door while she was trying to open it, nde na daw po nya maalala kung paano nya na-open ang door, ng makalabas daw po siya ng taxi e basta kinuha nya mga gamit nya tapos pumara na daw po sya ng ibang taxi. Hnabol pa daw po siya ng taxi driver at sinisigawan yong tumigil na taxi driver na wag siyang isakay.

Nanginginig daw po siya sa takot at iyak ng iyak hanggang makarating ng UST hospital.

obviously this is some scary **** and the taxi driver is at fault big time. however, i hope that when you start threads like this one you give full details, not leading us on with installments. IMHO you should have gotten all pertinent details then posted them at the same time. anyways, this is actually cool coz we can "imagine" what really transpired. and thanks for the warning

Sa pagkaalam ko bawal sa mga taxi ang naka autolock/powerlock as per LTO/LTFRB regulation.

Maski naman i-power lock makakalabas pa rin, i-unlock lang. Ang mahirap, un child safety lock, na sa labas lang nabubuksan.

Hi Sir Kokey, suggestion lang, baka pwede mong paki-usapan si sir Otep na interviewin yung sister mo since magkakilala naman pala sila, para mai-post na. At para objective na rin ang posting.

Salamat sa warning. And I symphatize with your sister. I also understand your feelings when this happened. especially that you're not around. Pero, hindi naman siguro kasalanan ng taxicab kung ano man ang nangyari sa sister mo. And posting the plate number won't accomplish what you intended (as I assume), i.e., justice to be served. If it is the fault of the driver then let him suffer the consequences. This can be done by reporting that driver to the authorities. Ang alam ko walang permanent na driver ang mga taxicabs except probably kung ang may-ari mismo ang driver. So kailangan ng specific date and time and a narration of the incident. Kakailanganin din description ng driver ng mga mga authorities na nai-post na ang mga contact numbers dito. And ultimately, that particular driver may be apprehended or banned or penalized depending on how grave the offense is.

kaya gawa ng wife ko pag sumasakay ng taxi, text nya agad sakin yung plate number ng taxi pati location ng sinakyan at pupuntahan nya..

Senya mga ka-tsikot, nde po kasi ako natuloy punta Manila last Saturday coz of the typhoon.
