The daughter of former Ilocos Sur governor Luis “Chavit” Singson fell prey to carjackers as she lost her black Toyota Fortuner to three armed men in Quezon City Sunday.
Armed carjackers sped off with Kimberly Singson’s vehicle at around 7 a.m. near a fastfood along Tomas Morato.
The 18-year-old Singson and her friends were about to board the Fortuner after a meal at a restaurant when the suspects attacked them.
One of the suspects even pistol whipped Singson’s driver while forcing him out of the Fortuner.
The younger Singson reported the incident to the Police Anti-Carnapping Unit in Camp Caringal.
The former governor, meanwhile, said he will give P100,000 to anyone who could give information regarding the identities of the suspects.
eh.... when a goon robs a goon... this news has just that bit of comical quality to me...
...this would have been a serious incident for me if it were a vehicle gotten through decent, honest (i.e. marangal) work, by a working, upright middle class filipino... but that's not the case...
ok... alright... chavit you gotta admit works hard cheering for manny in his fights ^_^.
...it should be an "oh sh!t" moment for the other goons ahahahhaa!
