Auto Camp, a one-stop car exchange in Ortigas, in cooperation with Phil-Am Savings Bank, will hold the Auto Camp Grand Auto Sale starting July 2 to Aug. 2. It is located along Ortigas Avenue in front of Meralco Building.

Auto Camp has a clean, spacious showroom with ample parking spaces. It is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily including Sundays and holidays. It has a well lighted showroom where buyers can check on cars after office hours.

Its line of quality used-cars is supported by the services extended by its accredited car dealers.

Phil-Am Savings Bank has partnered with the group, offering affordable monthly payments, high appraisal and longer terms for car loans. Buyers who wish to buy a vehicle through bank financing can expect fast loan processing through Phil-Am Savings Bank. Its personnel will be at the site to assist buyers with their loan requirements and to answer questions about bank financing.

Car insurance will be handled by DEM Insurance Agency, an accredited insurance agency handling the accounts of the big car dealers in the industry.

Also at the site offering motoring services are a Goodyear Servitek, for brand new tires and underchasis repair and maintenance; Koolpix Car Aircon, a Denso-accredited aircon repair service shop; Drive Buy car accessories; Khaos gas-saving device; car wash and auto detailing.

There are also various restaurants, bar and grille to complete the one-stop shop shopping experience.

I was there today. Looking at a 1998 Opel Vectra Irmscher edition. Needs some bodywork and possibly some mechanical work, too (unit was not available for test drive today - no keys!). But at Php 248K, it is a bargain!

Ewan ko, once pa lang kasi ako nagka-brand new.

Wala pa naman kaming hassle sa papers in the more than 20 years we have been purchasing and selling used vehicles. Unless you buy from the actual owner, the used-car dealer will happily process the papers for you.

I think they store the pre-owned BMW's there kaya maraming E46 dun. Lagi ko tinitignan pag kumakain kami sa Hot Racks.

Maganda yung mga line-up ng tsikots nga dun sa Autocamp whenever i pass by.

usually most car there are directly being sold by the owners... they just rent the space (AFAIK, 5K/month) to display their cars.

They cost a 'bit' more in most cases. Not really that much of a difference considering that the vehicles will have been fully detailed and minor niggles (broken switches, rattles, etc.) will have been fixed by the dealer already. There is also less hassle as the dealer will facilitate the transfer of ownership of the vehicle.

Assuming you know a good dealer, the buying experience will prove more pleasant than if you directly bought a car from its owner in an 'as is, where is' condition.

Andun pa kaya yung 350bhp EvoVI TME? Kaso i started the car parang palyado hehehe.

Also, the asking price was quite ridiculous at 2.something Million.
