    Its modified to accomodate a wheel-chair access at the back. Except for the modification at the back, Toyota warranty would still cover the car. As for the mod at the back, its probably covered by the company who did it. And the whole thing would be covered by insurance. Its a taxi, so that means a fleet sale. Probably means more than one Tarago modified to such specifications. I doubt a big taxi company would be caught with their pants down by having no warranties on several of their newest assets.
