Is 40T kms. too high for a 2000 model vehicle?

nah... mine is a 99... nasa 115thou km mark na hehe... highway use kase... from manila to pangasinan...baguio ...vigan

yung hilux pickup namin kakabili lang last december 2002... eto malupit... odometer reading is same as yours (40thou km!) as of this month hehe

Ok lang yung kilometrahe na 40T for a 2000 model vehicle. Yung sedan namin nasa 19000+ na a little more than 1 year palang. Ang route ay school-bahay lang w/ a few gimmicks at once nadala sa Tagaytay.

yung Patrol ko, July 2001 nabili, 57500 kms na.

for typical city use (assuming only one person uses the car or the household has other cars than the one in question), average na yung 750-1,200 km per month, imo

nasa average range pa iyang 40,000 km if you ask me

95 esi ... 165k na ... medyo maingay na ang makina sa cold start ... kailangan na yata overhaul ... pwede kayang dukot-sa-ilalim lang ang overhaul nito?

imho, its at the average. mine is 2000 model din at 32 thou kms. mostly makati -las pinas lang.

sa palagay ko ave. na talaga is 10,000 kms a year kaya't tamang tama lang yang 40t kms. yung akin 2000 mdl din pero 23,000 kms pa lang, ang ave. ko naman kasi ay around 9-10 kms per day lang lapit kasi ng place of work ko sa res. ko.

...36,000km nung binili ko april 2000. ngayon nasa 110,000km na kahit office ~ bahay (25km, one way) lang lagi byahe ko.

ako 93 model lancer, 86,000+ reading sa odometer. Di ko masyado ginagamit kasi mahal ng gas and parking dito sa Makati.

Mild car usage is about 15,000 km a year. You can compute the one you're asking about. If that is the vehicle mileage and it was properly maintaned, it should still be a good vehicle.
