    What are the upcoming new cars or new models for year 2008 to be released here in the philippines?

    2008 Mitsubishi Lancer EX (December 2007?)
    2008 Subaru Impreza WRX (end of 2007 or early 2008)
    Nissan Frontier Navara (goes on sale before the end of the year?)
    Nissan Tiida?
    2008 Toyota Corolla Altis (no specific date, but probably early 2008 after the Thai launch)
    2008 ASEAN Honda Accord (after Thai launch)
    2008 Mazda 6?

    The Lancer, Frontier, Altis and Accord are a sure bet.

    The WRX, I haven't heard confirmation. The Mazda6... gods! I hope so!

    Its not yet confirmed, but according to Butch Gamboa's Motoring Today column at the Phil Star(Aug.15), Ariel de Jesus of Motor Image mentioned that the all-new Impreza WRX might arrive before the end of the year.

    Maybe Ariel said it so people would hurry up and buy their WRX stocks... baka maubusan!

    It might look awkward, but a new WRX might nick MotorImage some buyers from Audi and BMW... it's more exclusive than most Japanese cars, and it's definitely something different.

    Haaay sana naman may maglabas pa ng diesel SWB MPV bukod sa Innova at Starex. Yung Starex kasi padating na yung LWB na new model at paubos na yung current model kaya kung magkataon, wala na masyadong choice kundi Innova. Waaah!

    Any news about the rumored New Toyota AE86?

    First semester daw ng 2008 ang release ng new Corolla dito sa PH. Sana lang wag na madelay. Mas gusto ko yung new Lancer eh, kaso lang siguradong papalo yung price niyan sa 1M.

    the new 7series looks much ok than the 1st pre-facelifted iteration.
    facelifted BMW 750Li




    vs the pre-facelifted BMW 745Li


    i think the BMW sedan line up are all good looking... only the 6 series which looks like a 1990 Camaro and the Ssangyong-inspired X3 are design faux pas...

    one thing that i can say about the upcoming Subaru Impreza... even the Lancer EX/GT, in looks alone, can eat it for breakfast hehehe

    Still just rumors... all the photos and design studies so far have been photoshop images done by car magazines based on photos of Scions and Civic coupes etc.
    I doubt Toyota will reuse the AE86 code again.
    ...but it would be nice to see the "Sprinter Trueno" name return.

    About the Lancer EX, ano darating dito? Ung shark looking front or ung ala Thailand release? Sana ung former... Maganda ring pang-alternative car un.
