Nice looking car. I just happen to notice that many new car models now sport vertically-oriented front head light. Gone are the horizontal slits and in comes the vertically sweeping designs! Look at the new headlamps of Isuzu DMax, the new Starex, Rav4, Prado, CRV and that little Picanto. Their headlight lenses are no longer lying on the bumper but elongated up and sweeping towards the windshield. Personally, I like this design a lot!
And of course the new Toyota Echo has similarly designed headlights.
I don't think it'll outsell the Jazz if it's still the same length or has the same ride as the old one.
The ride on that one isn't as good as the Jazz or the Vios(a stretched Echo platform I believe).
Shorter wheelbased car unfortunately have poorer ride comfort qualities.
The Jazz's wheelbase is only about 3" shorter than the 96-2000 Civic.
The Echo's is much shorter than that.
Combine that with Toyota's habit of "localizing" the ride height & you have a jumpy ride
