November 17th, 2006 01:05 AM #1Good day mga sir. I have used the search functions a lot of times and minsan mejo magulo kc minsan iba-iba ang sagot o advise. Not to mention iba-ibang kotse din ang pinaguusapan. Honda, nissan, toyota, mitsu, etc..
Mga sir, once and for all. Can you help me and yung ibang member dito regarding lowering ur ride. Here are some FAQs that needs to be clear out:
2. Ano ang pinaka advisable na lowering spring and shocks
3. Magkano ang retail price ngayon ng mga lowering spring (brand and brand new)? Mas mababa ba ang drop mas mahal?
(brand)
5. Most recommended shop to buy lowering springs and shocks (with location sana)
All answerswill be greatly appreciated. Mejo mahaba lang

1. Doesn't matter kung gas, fluid, etc. As long as you get one in the correct length.
Sorry, can't help you with the other queries.

5. no idea.
6. assuming everything brand new:
12000 (springs) + 5000 (front gas shocks) + 4000 (rear gas shocks) + alignment = 21000 + 12 VAT = 23520 +.

Mas matigas kasi ang ride nito and nasusuppress niya yung tagtag.
2. H&R, Eibach for springs; Bilstein, KYB Gas for shocks.
3. Eibach may nakita ako dati, Php15K; Php10-12K for H&R. And yeas, AFAIK, mas mababa ay mas mahal.
4. Php20K daw ang set of 4 ng Bilstein; set of 4 ng KYB, Php9-12K lang ata. Tein? Nakita ko sa net pinakamura 1000++USD.
5. No idea (Hongly sa Paranaque?).
6. Php20-40K siguro.

1. Better if gas shocks because they are stiffer and reduce your ride from bottoming out lalo na sa humps.
2. Same as previous posts
3. H&R nasa 15k. More famous brands command a higher price.
4. Same as previous posts
5. Makna Marketing for H&R. Eibach ata sa tyreboy ata meron. Or pwede sa autoindustriya ka magtanong.
6. Same as previous posts.

2 inch would be too low IMO...
